  • Nurture partnerships with local organizations to facilitate opportunities for participants, leveraging networking skills to drive meaningful connections.
  • Support clients in crafting compelling resumes and preparing for interviews, ensuring they are well-equipped to secure desired positions.
  • Connect participants with relevant training, counseling, and services to enhance long-term employment prospects.
  • Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

About You

  • A strong background in customer-facing roles, client service, or administration.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and prioritization skills, allowing you to meet deadlines and deliver results.
  • Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse clients and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate conflict resolution and negotiation skills, as well as the capacity to identify innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Build strong relationships with employers and partners to drive mutual success.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software.
