We are seeking passionate professionals to join our team in a role where you can make a difference.

In this position, you'll be part of a supportive and result-driven team who are dedicated to empowering individuals to reach their career goals. Day-to-day activities will include:

- Providing one-to-one coaching sessions to participants, assessing their career needs, and creating personalised action plans.
- Conducting career assessments and helping clients identify their strengths, interests, and values to guide their employment goals.
- Collaborating with community organisations to create opportunities for participants.
- Assisting participants in developing effective job search strategies, including resume writing and interview preparation.
- Referring participants through training, counselling, and other services to increase long-term employment outcomes.

**Essential Requirements**

- Experience in customer service, client-facing or an administrative role.
- Time management, organisational skills and the ability to plan and prioritise to achieve outcomes.
- Excellent communication skills with well-developed verbal and written skills, and the ability to conduct client assessments, develop case plans and case notes and reports.
- Interpersonal conflict resolution and negotiation skills along with the ability to identify innovative solutions to problems.
