- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular equipment inspections and maintenance to ensure a safe and clean environment for members.
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve business objectives and improve member satisfaction.
- Certificate 3 and Certificate 4 in Fitness or equivalent qualifications.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Working With Children (WWC) certificate or equivalent.
- National Police Check (NPC) certificate.
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a gym or fitness setting.
- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
