Infrastructure Operations Specialist

The Infrastructure Operations team is responsible for maintaining the physical infrastructure of our organization, ensuring high standards for operational performance in areas such as safety, security, availability, productivity, capacity, efficiency, and cost.

As an Infrastructure Operations Specialist, you will work on complex problems with multiple variables impacting the supply chain. You will collaborate with diverse teams to deliver exceptional service while providing infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.

  • Maintain performance benchmarks, conduct analyses, and prepare reports on all aspects of critical facility infrastructure operations and maintenance.
  • Generate Change Management requests and Incident Management tickets as directed.
  • Learn and contribute to documentation relevant to business and facility operations.

This role will report to the Infrastructure Operations Manager and be responsible for sustaining availability, cost management, risk assessment, and mitigation. You will review corrective and preventative maintenance of critical infrastructure and metric reporting.

You will interface with a diverse team of software, hardware, and network engineers, supply chain specialists, security experts, operations managers, and other vital roles. You will collaborate with people across our organization to help us deliver high standards for safety and security while providing seemingly infinite capacity at the lowest possible cost for our customers.
