Job Title: Experienced Stewardess for High-End Estate Management

We are seeking a highly skilled stewardess to join our team in Perth. This unique opportunity offers an exciting career path for individuals with experience in yachting or private residences.

The role involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills. As part of a small interior department, you will be working closely with the HOH & Concierge Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Service Delivery: Responding to resident family requests, communicating professionally, carrying out service for dinners, functions, and daily meals.
  • Cleaning Duties: Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, adhering to health and safety practices, using cleaning products correctly, and safely.
  • Animal Care: Caring for domestic animals, providing discretion, and assisting with additional tasks as needed.
  • Kitchen Support: Assisting the chef with light meal and snack preparations, supporting kitchen operations.
  • Maintenance: Interacting with kitchen and maintenance departments, reporting damages or maintenance issues.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a stewardess on yachts, jets, or in private residences.
  • Strong hospitality background and willingness to learn.
  • Adaptable, detail-oriented, autonomous, and able to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Flexibility and open-mindedness to household process changes.
  • Comfort with domestic animals and maintaining high levels of discretion, integrity, and professionalism.
