The Role
  • Lead a team of stewardesses to deliver outstanding service experiences to clients
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment onboard
  • Develop and implement efficient systems and processes to enhance operational efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security onboard
Requirements
  • Senior or Chief Stewardess experience
  • Time spent working on superyachts abroad
  • Exceptional service skills, including attention to detail and adaptability
  • Highly organized and effective time management skills
  • Ability to lead by example and motivate team members
  • Flexible roster and willingness to work varying shifts
  • Full working rights for Australia and STCW certification
