Lead Service Designer

We're seeking an experienced Lead Service Designer to spearhead the development of innovative customer experiences.

About the Role:

You will lead cross-functional teams in designing and delivering customer-centric solutions, translating complex challenges into meaningful experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute discovery workshops with stakeholders, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Lead ideation, problem definition, pain point analysis, prioritisation, journey mapping and service design related workshops.
  • Design and develop products and services that meet customer needs, aligning with business strategy.
  • Establish quarterly innovation sprints to drive customer and business outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, Customer Service, Technology, Digital Experience and other teams to uplift capabilities and promote a shared approach to service design.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in discovering, designing and developing customer and service strategies.
  • Expertise in Service Design, Design Thinking/Human Centred Design or equivalent disciplines.
  • Excellent workshop facilitation, storytelling and presentation skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to negotiate and influence outcomes with senior stakeholders.
  • High level commercial skills and acumen.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to changing priorities/requirements.
