Environmental Service Leader

We are seeking a skilled Environmental Services Leader to provide quality environmental services through effective leadership of a multidisciplinary team.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role requiring strong communication skills and the ability to adjust to changing needs while delivering high-quality care without compromise.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of Environmental Services Assistants to deliver quality environmental services.
- Ensure effective allocation and distribution of team members across all shifts.
- Manage unplanned leave and assist with recruitment and onboarding of staff.
- Identify and address team member education needs in response to resident care needs, complaints, incidents, clinical indicators, audit results, and feedback.
- Proactively contribute to the continuous improvement of environmental services operations.
- Experience working in commercial laundry and/or cleaning environments.
- Previous experience leading a team.
- NDIS Check clearance and up-to-date vaccination certificate.
- Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
- Able to adjust to changing needs, prioritize, and effectively manage time.
- Aged Care experience.
- Knowledge of Aged Care Standards.
