We are seeking a skilled Technical Service Specialist to handle the installation, maintenance and repair of our equipment across Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement technical service functions for equipment installations.
- Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on equipment.
- Interface with customers via customer visits, telephone or email to provide quality product support.
- Diagnose faults, perform urgent repairs and participate in a rotating weekly after-hours-on call roster.
- Provide applications/user/technical training.
- File product complaints according to company procedures.
- Assist with spare parts inventory management.
- Identify training needs and make recommendations.
- Maintain preventive maintenance and troubleshooting and document accordingly.
- Document and update internal procedures.
- Manage and maintain equipment/spares database files through accurate documentation of movement tracking and repair statuses.
- Deliver a superior level of customer after-sales support.
- Trade Certificate/Technical Certificate/Diploma with strong hands-on technical service experience.
- Restricted Electrical License.
- Experience in troubleshooting repair modify overhaul or refurbish standard and special purpose equipment systems components.
- Valid driver's license and possess own vehicle willingness to travel within New South Wales.
- Flexibility to carry out work duties occasionally beyond ordinary working hours.
