Experienced Psychiatric Nurse Wanted

We are seeking an experienced Psychiatric Nurse to support our overnight shifts for our General Psychology Unit. This role is ideal for a dedicated and compassionate professional who can provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic environment.
- Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse is essential.
- Minimum two years' post-graduate experience in mental health nursing is highly regarded.
- Recent experience in a psychiatric setting, including knowledge of treatment plans and medication management, is required.
- Post-graduate qualifications in mental health or a related field are advantageous.
- Availability to work across a rotating 7-day roster is necessary.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are crucial for this role.
- Provide high-quality patient care, adhering to the Hospital's care values and strategic direction.
- A National Police Check conducted within the previous 12 months is mandatory.
- According to the role, a Working-With-Children check and proof of immunisation against infectious diseases may be required.
