We are seeking experienced and qualified childcare professionals to join our team in a leading child care center in Southern Sydney.

The role involves working as a room leader, overseeing the daily operations of a nursery or toddler/preschool room, and contributing to the development of high-quality educational programs for children aged 0-6 years old.

To be successful in this position, you will need to have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care, experience in leading a room, and a strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework. You should also be an effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with families and colleagues, and be committed to providing a safe and supportive learning environment.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, be able to work collaboratively as part of a team, and have a flexible approach to work. They will also be confident in their ability to document children's learning, have a strong knowledge of key educator and respectful care practices, and be committed to ongoing professional development.

**Key Responsibilities:**

**Requirements:**

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
  • Experience in leading a room.
