The Role

You will be expertly skilled across our products and services to educate Members on the features, benefits, set up and ongoing use.

In addition, you will be confident with managing and processing basic to complex personal and credit card lending as well as basic mortgage lending.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist the Local Manager with business development and the management and processing of complex loans.
  • Organise loan distribution and ensure that cheques are accurately issued to the appropriate parties
  • Assist with training and coaching of staff
  • Own the retention program in relation to the mortgage book for our Mount Pleasant members
Selection Criteria:
  • Lending experience and sales skills
  • A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including listening skills
  • High attention to detail and accuracy
  • Sound mathematical skills and sound knowledge of Microsoft Office suite
  • Sound understanding of Queensland Country products and services (desired)
