We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate caregiver to join our team.

At the heart of what we do is delivering flexible in-home care options to those in need, helping people to live more fulfilling lives at home and in the broader community.

We have a variety of experienced carers who are able to work from a minimum of 20 hours per week. If you are passionate about making a difference and want to be part of a dynamic team, please consider this opportunity.

About The Role

Making Lives Better and Happier Ageing are at the heart of what we do — enabling members of our ageing and disabled community to live a fulfilling life at home as long as possible, doing what they love to do.

We provide around-the-clock care, so visits may be scheduled early morning, afternoon, evening, or overnight to meet our client's needs.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering premium care experiences that are genuine, compassionate and personalised. They will assist clients with activities of daily living including personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, transport and companionship.

Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of care and support to clients.
  • Assist clients with activities of daily living.
  • Deliver care in accordance with the client's care plan.
  • Meet the safety needs of the client.

Requirements
  • A Certificate III in Aged Care, Community, Individual Support or Disability.
  • Previous experience in caregiving.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
