We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at Club Wyndham Port Douglas.

As a Food and Beverage Attendant, you will be responsible for ensuring our Owners and guests have a delightful dining experience. You will provide superior service, prepare and serve food and beverages in a fast-paced environment, and contribute to the overall success of our resort.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding promptly to guest requests and resolving any issues in a professional manner.
  • Presentation of food and beverages, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation.
  • Work effectively as part of a team, supporting colleagues to achieve excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a food and beverage environment.
  • A current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate.
  • A current Food Safety Certificate.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Immaculate presentation and grooming standards.
  • Ability to work a flexible roster, including evenings and weekends.
