This Inventory Management Specialist position provides an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team responsible for the effective management of clinical and non-clinical products at our hospital site.

  • We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to maintain accurate stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and rotate stock to ensure older items are used before newer ones.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for receiving and processing goods in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring all goods are properly stored and secured.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Stock Control and Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of stock levels and movements.
    • Conduct regular stocktakes to ensure stock accuracy.
  • Receiving Goods:
    • Receive and process goods in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure all goods are properly stored and secured.
  • Inventory Rotation:
    • Rotate stock to ensure older items are used before newer ones.
    • Minimise waste and reduce stock obsolescence.
