As a leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality care is delivered and maintained.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide personalized care tailored to residents' individual needs and preferences
  • Engage with residents and their representatives to deliver and supervise care
  • Drive clinical outcomes and performance from the care team, supervising staff to maintain quality and compliance through assessment, planning, documentation, implementation, and evaluation of support and interventions

**Requirements:**

  • Current registration as a Registered Nurse with experience in care systems and reporting
  • Minimum three (3) years' experience in aged care
  • Strong analytical approach to problem-solving and reporting
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Sound understanding of care standards and regulations
  • Excellent computer literacy and competency in electronic care systems
  • Accomplished English written and verbal communication skills
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
  • Current Covid-19 Vaccination highly recommended

**Desirable Skills:**

  • Quality auditing experience
  • Knowledge of aged care funding and legislation
  • Additional training in specialized nursing fields
  • Leadership or training qualification
