Job Title

We are looking for a digital media specialist to join our team. As the largest general insurance group in Australia and New Zealand, we have a unique culture that celebrates honesty, creativity, empathy, equity and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will have experience in digital marketing and be comfortable working in fast-paced environments. They will be responsible for developing best-in-class video strategies to drive customer engagement across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deploy marketing campaigns and analysis across digital video platforms.
  • Analyse customer behaviour across digital and develop insights to improve engagement on platform.
  • Measure and report on digital performance metrics for marketing campaigns.
  • Design marketing experiments for digital channels and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Be a strategic partner to media specialists and manager and creative specialists.
  • Develop plans and provide rationale for video across a range of campaigns.

Requirements:

  • Experience in digital and Google Analytics, Google products & platforms including YouTube.
  • A passion for the craft of marketing and power of creativity.
  • Strong presentation, interpersonal skills.
  • Thriving in complex business environments with experience across a range of categories/industries.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in marketing, agency or consulting roles.
  • Minimum bachelor's degree required.
