We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team. As a frontline care provider, you will work closely with residents, their families, and the care team to deliver exceptional care and support.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing clinical care to residents, ensuring their health needs are met in accordance with their care plans
- Developing, implementing, and evaluating individual care plans in collaboration with the care team
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in compliance with aged care standards and regulations
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment for residents and staff
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A genuine interest in elderly care and a commitment to improving the lives of our residents
- Compassion and empathy when interacting with residents and their families
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong understanding of aged care standards and regulations
- Ability to use electronic medical records and technology in a clinical setting
- Registered Nurse qualification with current AHPRA Registration
