**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Officer to join our team in Brisbane CBD. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and emergency response to our retail assets.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide a high level of security and customer service duties
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies, alarm events, calls for assistance, and provide necessary support
  • Assess and respond to situations of risk
  • Access control
  • Incident report writing and data logs

**Rostered Hours**

  • Full-time
  • SSIA LV2 + super
  • 3 week rotational roster
  • Day and night availability required
  • Permanent night rates from $35.06 per hour

**Requirements**

  • Current Security Licence - Crowd Control is required for this position
  • Current First Aid certificate
  • Flexibility to work rotating rosters. Willingness to work nights/weekends
  • Great communication skills both verbal and written
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Highly professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a positive attitude
