Senior Deputy Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Deputy Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of our educational programs, promoting partnerships with parents and families, and supporting the development of strong working relationships with local authorities and other agencies.

In addition, the Senior Deputy Manager will assist in the preparation and delivery of events and regular meetings for planning, staff, and parents.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about early years education and is looking to take on a leadership role.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • To support the implementation of our educational programs including overseeing planning and record keeping.
  • Promote and facilitate partnership with parents, carers and families.
  • Support the development and maintenance of strong working relationships with relevant local authority departments, regulatory bodies and other agencies.
  • Stay up to date with current developments in early years policies and practices.
  • Assist with the preparation and delivery of events and regular meetings for planning, staff and parents.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must hold a minimum of Level 3 Early Years qualification.

Experience in a similar role would be advantageous.

You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
