Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Engineer to lead and manage the entire project life cycle of capital investment projects from concept to execution within our operating factory environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preliminary analysis, managing implementation, supervising installation of equipment, updating site technical drawings, and executing basic and detailed design based on corporate business principles and local regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Preliminary analysis including building, utilities, services, equipment, and layout.
  • Managing implementation including ensuring safety of the plant, products, and personnel.
  • Supervising installation of equipment and being responsible for the scope.
  • Updating/creating site technical drawings and documentation.
  • Executing the basic and detailed design of the project based on Nestl Corporate Business Principles and Nestl standards.
Requirements
  • Tertiary study in Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Automation, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the Engineering field.
  • Project Management skills, including developed analytical and budgetary skills.
  • Experience working in food manufacturing environments preferred.
  • Leaders must have a proven track record in delivering results by working with cross-functional teams.
