Transaction Diligence Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Transaction Diligence Manager to join our team. Our team has been ranked as the number one advisor on value and volume of deals in Oceania for 12 consecutive years.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage due diligence engagements related to the acquisition or disposal of businesses by private equity investors or strategic corporate buyers.
  • Analyse financial/operational results of targets through reviewing accounting records and conducting interviews with management.
  • Project manage teams, information flows and manage key stakeholders.
  • Prepare/evaluate pro forma financial information.
  • Identify and analyse key value drivers to deliver financial and commercial insights, which directly impact deal value and deal structuring.
  • Based on your analysis write up your findings and recommendations.
  • Share your technical and other knowledge with your team.
  • Play a role in business growth initiatives (e.g. working on key accounts, recruitment) and new business opportunities by building client relationships and demonstrating knowledge of their business.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Transaction Services role within an Advisory environment, working independently and with senior stakeholders on multiple engagements.
  • A bachelors or master's degree in accounting, business, finance or economics.
  • Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or international equivalent.
  • Strong Excel skills required.
  • A strong work ethic and the ability to adapt to new challenges and ideas in a collaborative team environment.
  • Highly analytical individuals who enjoy solving deal value questions within short deal timelines.
