- Talent Development: Raise performance and capability of the team to support internal talent development and succession planning.
- Continuous Improvement: Implement a continuous improvement mindset and collaborate with the wider team to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Customer Experience: Energetically lead the team to deliver first-class customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience: 2-3+ years of experience in retail/store line management, preferably in a big box retailer or multi-site environment.
- PASSION FOR EXCELLENCE: Passion for excellent client service and experiential retail, with a strong focus on delivering results-driven outcomes.
- STRONG LEADERSHIP SKILLS: Proven ability to motivate, coach, and inspire a high-performing team, with a strong aptitude for attracting, identifying, and developing talented employees.
- BUSINESS ACUMEN: Excellent organizational, analytical, and business management skills, with a strong ability to influence team members at all levels.
- FLEXIBILITY: Flexible work availability, including weekends, evenings, and before/after store hours, to ensure seamless operation of the store.
