Graduate Nursing Opportunities

We are currently seeking graduate nurses to join our team and take the next step in their career. Our graduate program is designed to provide you with the skills, knowledge, and experience needed to succeed as a professional nurse.

About the Role

As a graduate nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our experienced nursing staff. You will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including acute care, medical, surgical, mental health, and rehabilitation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care and support to patients and families
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality care
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
Requirements

To be eligible for this role, you must have:

  • A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Completed at least one month of clinical placement prior to commencing employment
  • A minimum of 30 hours per week availability on a rotating roster, including AM, PM, night, weekends, and public holidays
