About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for supporting the daily operations, customer service, and sales growth of our West Gosford branch.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the direction, coordination, and oversight of counter sales, picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders
- Engage with the team and provide guidance and support to ensure excellent customer service and sales performance
- Work closely with the Branch Manager to drive the growth and profitability of the branch
- Ensure a safe working environment and promote a culture of safety and well-being among team members
Requirements
- Experience in retail trade and a proven track record of sales and customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and lead a team
- Intermediate computing skills and experience with cash handling and financial transaction management
- Driver's License and a clean driving record
