Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Educator to join our vibrant team. This is an excellent opportunity for those passionate about early childhood education and care.

About the Position

This role plays a vital part in shaping the minds of young children and helping them develop essential skills for life.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, implement and evaluate developmentally appropriate programs for children
  • Provide a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all children
  • Liaise with children, parents and colleagues using strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Work as part of a diverse team and adapt to various situations and needs that arise in an early childhood setting
Qualifications and Skills
  • Certificate III, Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)
  • A current and valid Working With Children Check or ability to obtain one
  • First Aid Certificate including training in asthma and anaphylaxis
