Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver our Customer Experience (CX) Strategy. The successful candidate will work collaboratively across the organisation to drive customer satisfaction and perceptions of value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of customer understanding frameworks and processes throughout the business.
- Support the development of CX data and analytics approaches.
- Make recommendations for improvements within key customer journeys based on customer data and insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and third-party providers to build CX capability across the business.
Requirements:
- A strong background in CX or related disciplines such as customer engagement, marketing, user experience, data analysis, and service design.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage different stakeholders around improvements to systems and processes.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
