We are seeking a motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Online Support Specialist.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing online orders, preparing customer orders daily, communicating with the online team and working closely with other teams. This includes checking and inspecting stock received, maintaining a high standard of packing and completing all inventory processes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Processing online orders received by the Sydney hub;
  • Preparing customer orders daily (ie. picking, packing & booking orders daily);
  • Communicating with the online staff regarding orders;
  • Checking and inspecting stock received and ensuring they are of accurate quantity, type and quality;
  • Maintaining a high standard of packing;
  • Completing all inventory processes;
  • Preparing deliveries for post, couriers etc.;
  • Receiving, moving, checking, and storing incoming stock;
  • Co-ordinating dispatch and delivery with delivery companies where required;
  • Manage courier platforms daily through customer orders;
  • Drop off of online orders direct to Australia Post Business Hub;
  • Keeping all admin up to date and completed in a timely manner.

Requirements

  • Ability to manage time and prioritise to meet deadlines;
  • Attention to detail;
  • Computer and Excel literate;
  • Current Driver's License and own vehicle.
