Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level customer service and support to external customers, the service department, and internal sales teams.
- Maintain accurate stock levels and manage inventory effectively.
- Process orders efficiently and manage warehouse operations.
- Interpret parts and provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
- Conduct regular stocktakes and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Experience in customer sales and service, with a focus on parts interpretation and inventory management.
- Supervisory skills and ability to lead a team.
- Demonstrated mechanical and/or technical knowledge of plant and equipment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Current Forklift license an advantage.
