Job Description:

This position entails the management, planning and execution of a SuccessFactors Implementation. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring traceability of test cases back to requirements for this project.

The ideal candidate will also ensure that testing activities are performed in accordance with established policies, processes and procedures.

  • Ensure system integration and User Acceptance Testing (complete end to end)
  • Execute progression and regression test scripts

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage and plan the SuccessFactors Implementation
  2. Ensure all testing activities align with established policies and procedures
  3. Conduct system integration and User Acceptance Testing
  4. Develop and execute test scripts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience working as a Test Lead
  • Proven track record testing on SuccessFactors Implementations
  • Prior experience testing in an Agile Environment
  • Proficient in Confluence and Jira
  • Ability to deliver software development solutions from start to finish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
