About the Role:

At Bunnings, our Trade Centres play a vital role in delivering bulk quantities of stock to work sites, providing a convenient solution for our commercial customers. As a Trade Centre Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, merchandising and replenishing products, picking and packing customer orders, and organizing deliveries to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and helpful service to our customers, including builders and trade specialists
  • Merchandise and replenish products to meet customer demands
  • Pick and pack customer orders with accuracy and efficiency
  • Organize deliveries and ensure customer orders are dispatched in full and on time
  • Load and unload products on delivery trucks

Requirements:

  • A genuine passion for customer service and a commitment to delivering exceptional results
  • An ability to work in a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive culture
  • Accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the role
  • An open and effective communication style
  • A current forklift licence is essential for this role
