Key Position Available: Maintenance and Warranty Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced maintenance professional to join our team as a Maintenance and Warranty Supervisor. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about building and committed to delivering exceptional results.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance inspections across a number of homes within the designated region, ensuring high standards of work quality and providing excellent customer service.

This role involves:

  • Coordinating and undertaking maintenance and warranty inspections with clients in accordance with specified timeframes
  • Liaising with contractors, tradespeople and staff to carry out required maintenance work
  • Managing job costs to ensure efficient use of resources
  • Ensuring compliance with Australian building regulations and safety protocols
  • Providing effective communication and customer service to clients, addressing their concerns promptly and accurately

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in residential construction and/or trade background
  • Knowledge of Australian building regulations, WHS regulations and Quality Assurance systems
  • Completed General Construction Induction Course/White Card and valid driver's license
  • Solid project management skills, including experience in managing a network of contractors
  • Effective communication skills, including delivering excellent customer service
