Truck Driver

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Truck Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating heavy vehicle trucks in various roles, including commercial and residential waste collection.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Operating HR/HCV vehicles
  • Collecting commercial and residential waste using front and rear lifts and side arms
  • Conducting basic truck inspections and maintenance
  • Maintaining accurate records, including log books
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Recent experience as a Truck Driver, MC driver, or Delivery Driver with a clean driving record
  • A minimum of 12 months' experience operating in the relevant license class
  • A safety-focused attitude and high level of physical fitness
  • The ability to perform manual labor when required
  • A current Heavy Vehicle licence (H, HC)
  • Minimum 6 months' driving experience in the relevant license class
  • Prior waste management experience is desirable but not essential
