As a Guest Experience Host, you will be an integral part of our team, bringing our attraction's characters to life through engaging displays that enhance guest experiences. You will be in costume at designated locations, interact with guests, and participate in scheduled entertainment offerings, ensuring an immersive and memorable experience for visitors of all ages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement engaging character interactions to delight guests of all ages.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a seamless and enjoyable experience for visitors.
  • Meet physical demands including wearing heavy costumes and standing for extended periods.

Physical Requirements:

  • Maximum height: 161cm.
  • Maximum shoe size: 7.
  • Able to lift and carry up to 11kg.

Requirements:

  • Valid Working With Children Check.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
