Looking for a career that makes a difference in children's lives?

We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to lead our Outside School Hours Care and Holiday Programs in Sydney.

This permanent part-time opportunity offers up to 30-36 hours per week, with the potential to earn up to $35 per hour.

Job Overview
  • Lead your own OSHC service and provide quality before and after school care and Holiday Programs for local families.
  • Create engaging programs using industry-leading programming tools.
  • Be the face of the organization and build positive relationships within the school community.
  • Mentor a team of educators to develop their skills and grow within the industry.
  • Rostering for your service with support from your Area Manager.
  • Manage compliance documents and other administrative tasks.
About You
  • You are an engaging individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's lives.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong, positive relationships.
  • Previous experience in the childcare/OSHC industry is preferred but not essential.
  • Valid Employee Working with Children's Check and willingness to obtain valid HLTAID012 First Aid in a Childcare Setting and National Criminal History Check.
