Job Overview

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Solutions Architect to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of cloud services within our strategic accounts.

The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the technical relationship with customers in the Australian Government community, helping them plan their successful cloud journey, solve complex challenges, drive technical solutions discussions, and act as a thought leader in the wider community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help customers navigate their cloud transformation journey
  • Develop and implement technical strategies to drive customer success
  • Drive technical solutions discussions with customer teams, diving deep into the details
  • Act as a subject matter expert, educating, sharing best practices, presenting at events, writing white papers, blogs, and running workshops

A Day in the Life:

As a Solutions Architect, you'll work closely with public sector customers in the Australian Government, National Security, and Defence, helping them achieve their business goals through cloud-based solutions.
