Job Title: Building Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Building Surveyor to join our team on a temporary part-time basis for up to six months. The successful candidate will work 2 days a week, 14 hours, and will be responsible for undertaking building inspections in line with Council's policies and legislative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Undertake building inspections and provide reports
  • Work with a small team of Building Surveyors to achieve project goals
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of building surveying, building certification, and planning matters
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health and Building, Building Surveying, or a related field
  • Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading at a registration level of Building Surveyor – restricted (class 1 and 10 buildings)
  • Class C Drivers Licence
