Job Title: Building Surveyor - Temporary Part Time Position

Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified Building Surveyor to fill a temporary part-time position for up to six months. The successful candidate will work with a small team to undertake building inspections and provide certification services in accordance with Council's policies and legislative frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake building inspections and provide certification services
  • Work with a small team to achieve project goals
  • Provide expert advice on building surveying and certification matters

Requirements:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Environmental Health and Building, Building Surveying or a related field
  • Accreditation with NSW Fair Trading at a registration level of Building Surveyor – restricted (class 1 and 10 buildings)
  • Class C Drivers Licence
