Key Roles and Responsibilities

This role involves leading studies in animal health, ensuring that scientific protocols and procedures meet regulatory requirements. You will collaborate with global teams to design study protocols and manage complex field and laboratory studies. Additionally, you will liaise with external research partners and implement disease models.



Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a science-related discipline is required; a veterinary degree is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong understanding of research/development processes and knowledge of animal health, disease, and parasitology are essential.
  • Excellent scientific writing and communication skills, as well as strong project and time management skills, are required.


Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with GxP, VICH GCP, or OECD GLP standards is highly desirable.
  • Experience working in regulated environments, such as the FDA, APVMA, or EMA, is beneficial.
  • Exposure to animal ethics processes and welfare protocols is also advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams and coach or mentor peers in a scientific setting is essential.
