Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Stylerunner Design Lead to join our design team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of apparel products.

You will work closely with the Head of Design, Product Developers, and Buying team to create products that meet the highest standards of quality and style.

  • Lead and manage design projects from conception to delivery.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate product delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute design concepts with a focus on color and graphic direction.
  • Trend forecasting and concept development, interpreting trends and translating them into commercial product deliveries.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and direct a team.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
