- Conduct research and use knowledge of competitive solutions to effectively address reported issues.
- Customize and configure identity governance platforms according to specific organizational needs, policies, and security requirements.
- Design, develop, and manage enterprise roles within the platform, ensuring alignment with business processes, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Perform role mining activities to identify and create optimal role models that reflect job functions and access patterns; continuously assess and refine roles to improve efficiency and security.
- Oversee governance of access through the proper definition and assignment of roles, ensuring least privilege across resources in the IT ecosystem.
- 8-15+ years of experience in identity governance and administration (IGA) solutions, with specific knowledge of identity governance platforms, architecture, functionality, and implementation best practices.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT / Computer Science / Computing or related field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
