Interior Design Career Opportunity

This role offers a chance to take creative ownership and shape how people experience space.

You will lead and deliver a diverse range of interior design projects, create fully resolved furniture and styling schemes, prepare and present moodboards and furnished floor plans, source and specify furniture, finishes and styling items, attend client meetings and briefings, collaborate with the design team, support and mentor junior designers, and be present at installations.

  • About the Role:
  • You will work across multiple property and lifestyle sectors, gaining hands-on experience in residential, commercial, multi-residential, hospitality and developer-led spaces. Every project brings fresh context and new energy.
  • Design is strategic and soul-led here, with an emphasis on quality in every detail.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and deliver interior design projects from brief to install.
  • Create fully resolved furniture and styling schemes tailored to client needs.
  • Prepare and present moodboards, furnished floor plans, FF&E schedules, and design decks.
  • Source and specify furniture, finishes, and styling items from local and international suppliers.
  • Attend client meetings and briefings with confidence and clarity.
  • Collaborate closely with the design team to maintain design integrity.
  • Support and mentor junior designers to contribute to a strong creative culture.
  • Be present at installations to ensure seamless execution and high-quality finish.
  • Requirements:
  • A degree in Interior Design or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Suite, Canva, and other relevant design tools.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, and time management skills.
  • A collaborative mindset and an eye for both beauty and function.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in interior design, ideally with a focus on furniture schemes and residential/commercial fitouts.
  • A portfolio showcasing depth in furniture layout planning, styling, and detailed FF&E specification.
