Job Opportunity:

We're seeking a skilled professional to assist healthcare organisations in transitioning to Epic.

This role involves collaboration with clinical and technical teams to extract, map, and transform data from legacy Electronic Health Records into Epic.

You'll work in a fast-paced environment, supporting continuity of care for providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND COWORKERS
  • COMMUNICATE EFFECTIVELY WITH BOTH TECHNICAL AND CLINICAL AUDIENCES
  • MANAGE MULTIPLE PROJECTS ACROSS VARIOUS CLIENTS
  • ANALYSE WORKFLOWS AND REQUIREMENTS FOR MIGRATION
  • VALIDATE MIGRATED DATA TO MAINTAIN ACCURACY AND INTEGRITY
  • LEAD CLIENT TEAMS THROUGH THE VALIDATION PROCESS AND TRIAGE REPORTED ISSUES
  • ACT AS LIAISON BETWEEN DEVELOPMENT, TECHNICAL TEAMS AND THE CLIENT
  • PROVIDE TRAINING TO KEY STAKEHOLDERS AND CLIENT VALIDATION TEAM
  • ENSURE DATA INTEGRITY BY FOLLOWING OUR METHODOLOGY AND APPLYING Meticulous ATTENTION TO DETAIL THROUGH ITERATIVE TESTING

Required Experience:

  • EXPERIENCE: 1-3 YEARS PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE IN A SIMILAR ROLE
  • HEALTH DOMAIN EXPERIENCE
  • IMPLEMENTING OR SUPPORTING EPIC PREFERRED, IDEALLY IN AN ANALYST ROLE FOR AT LEAST ONE YEAR
  • DESIRE TO LEARN AND TAKE ON CHALLENGING PROJECTS
  • STRONG PROBLEM-SOLVING, ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND ANALYSIS SKILLS
  • EXPERIENCE WITH EMR SYSTEMS OR OTHER HEALTHCARE INFORMATION SYSTEMS
  • EXCEPTIONAL COMMUNICATION AND ORGANISATION SKILLS
  • PROFICIENT IN MICROSOFT OFFICE APPLICATIONS (EXCEL, OUTLOOK, POWERPOINT, WORD)
