Technical Services Specialist

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for delivering high-quality technical services to our customers.

About the Role
  • You will be required to plan, execute and supervise the delivery of technical services and post sales support solutions to customers.
  • You will work closely with our technical services team to assist in planning jobs and in supervising the work with site presence as required.
  • You will be responsible for costing and preparing quotations for future jobs once additional training is completed.
  • You will co-ordinate and lead internal and external service crews to deliver on-site preventative and reactive maintenance and repairs for our customers.
Key Responsibilities
  1. To carry out daily checks in accordance with company procedures and site working plans.
  2. To operate and maintain tools and equipment in good order and in accordance with the operator's manual, company procedures and good practice.
  3. To complete detail service job reports and follow-up actions/work.
  4. To ensure the safe delivery of services work and maintain compliance of all personnel with client and SOLAFT safety policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Qualifications:
    Experience in assisting skilled or trade persons, completion of Year 10, basic skills in communication and interpersonal skills, computer literacy skills - Microsoft Office.
  • Desirable Skills and Qualifications:
    High Risk Work License - EWP and Forklift, Working at Heights & Confined Spaces, ability to pass an Industrial Medical.
