VMware Engineer Position

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill a VMware Cloud Foundation and Aria Suite engineer role. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, and optimizing cloud environments.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Deploy and manage VCF environments, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure.
  • Integrate and optimize the Aria Suite for automation, observability, and operations, utilizing expertise in PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Ansible & Aria, guaranteeing efficient deployment and delivery of solutions.
  • Implement security policies and ensure compliance with industry standards, maintaining a secure environment.
  • Mentor engineers and document solutions, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in IT/cloud engineering with VMware expertise.
  • Strong automation skills, with proficiency in PowerShell, Python, and JavaScript.
  • Experience with DevOps tools, including GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes (AKS/Tanzu preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
