Piano Teaching Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Piano Teacher to join our vibrant music education team. If you possess a deep passion for music and a desire to inspire students of all ages, we want to hear from you.

Our mission is to cultivate a supportive and enriching environment where students can explore their musical potential. As a Piano Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in this mission, guiding beginners through their first notes and challenging advanced students to reach new heights.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide engaging and personalized piano lessons to students of varying skill levels.
  • Develop tailored lesson plans that cater to individual learning styles and goals.
  • Foster a positive and encouraging learning atmosphere.
  • Prepare students for recitals, exams, and other performance opportunities.
  • Conduct occasional workshops and attend our performance events.
  • Attend and contribute to professional development and training sessions.
  • Collaborate with fellow educators to enhance our comprehensive music curriculum.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Music, Piano Performance, or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Proven experience in teaching piano to students of all ages.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patientcy, creativity, and a genuine passion for music education.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate students, fostering a love for music.
  • Willingness to work afternoons and evenings Monday through Thursday; and on Saturdays (daytime) is preferred.
