Accounts Receivable Officer Role

This role is responsible for processing accounts and incoming payments in accordance with financial policies and procedures.

  • Process accounts and verify, classify, compute, post, and record Accounts Receivable data on a daily basis.
  • Create new accounts to facilitate accurate payment tracking and reconciliation.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure timely payment of invoices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of basic accounting principles, fair credit practices, and collection regulations.
  • Possess knowledge of ERP systems, preferably SAP Business One, or demonstrate adaptability with other software systems.
  • Display proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Exhibit a continuous improvement mindset, adding value to projects through innovative thinking.
  • Show a can-do attitude and willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team.
