As a Junior Sous Chef, you will be responsible for supporting the Sous Chef in the preparation and presentation of menu items, maintaining high standards of food safety and quality, and contributing to the development of our culinary team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and presenting menu items to the highest standards
  • Maintaining accurate records of food costs and stock levels
  • Supervising and training junior team members
  • Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations and practices

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Extensive culinary experience in high-volume environments
  • A positive and proactive team-oriented mindset
  • Proficient knowledge of food safety regulations and practices
  • A trade certificate in Commercial Cookery
