Key Roles and Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and the ability to guide teams towards success. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for taking our team to the next level.

Our gastro eatery is located in the iconic Adelaide Railway Station, making it an excellent location for morning coffee, Friday knock-offs, functions and events, game day celebrations and everything in between.

You will be expected to maintain a thorough knowledge of products and offerings, monitor the quality of products and services, and effectively communicate with all staff about current happenings. You will also treat guests with warmth and welcome.

The successful candidate will lead by example in restaurant and bar duties and provide supervision to the team as required. They will also manage shifts, coordinate with the team, and uphold 5-star customer service standards.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining a high level of attention to detail and exceptional organisational capabilities to manage multiple priorities efficiently.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a supervisory role with demonstrated ability to lead teams to success.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, adept at inspiring and motivating others towards common goals.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with meticulous attention to detail and exceptional organisational capabilities.
