About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our Regional and Agribusiness banking team (RAB) as an Agribusiness Executive. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored financial solutions to meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their individual needs and develop strategic plans to retain and grow their business.
  • Collaborate with product specialists to deliver a range of financial solutions, including loans, deposits, and cash management products.
  • Drive business origination and growth across diverse customer sectors, including beef and broad acre clients.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the regional business landscape and identify opportunities for growth and expansion.
Requirements
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience in building successful customer portfolios.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
  • Tertiary qualifications in commerce, finance, or a related field.
